game: Spider-Man 2
review | 05/21/05 | Jason Frank
Spider-Man 2 for PSP is a decent game, but after the success of its bigger cousin versions, this one might seem a bit restricted. The graphics are great, and there's some good fun to have here, but don't expect this one to be a deciding factor in your decision to buy a PSP.
game: Spider-Man 2
review | 12/15/04 | Eric Qualls
The pickings are pretty slim so far in terms of Nintendo DS games, but there are a couple of decent titles out there that will make DS owners proud. Sadly, Spider-Man 2 isn't one of them. Find out all about it right here.
game: Everquest II
review | 12/14/04 | Eric Bodrero
With quality competition from games like City of Heroes and World of Warcraft, all arriving in the last year to vie for our monthly subscription dollars, the makers of EverQuest have a much tougher battlefield before them than they did five years ago when the series first helped define the genre. How good of an experience does EverQuest II offer? Is it worth your time in a world awash with MMOGs? Make sure you read Eric's review to find out.
game: Shadow Hearts: Covenant
review | 11/09/04 | Eric Qualls
With no major SquareEnix releases this holiday season for PS2, RPG gamers are free to open their arms and embrace the rest of the genre. Midway's Shadow Hearts: Covenant fills the void between Final Fantasies quite nicely and might make you forget all about spikey haired heroes or heroines in short shorts. Read all about it here.

There's nothing quite like a little super hero gaming to go with a summer that contained the release of one of the best super hero franchises to hit Hollywood. Movie / video game crossovers and the summer season go together like polygons and textures, but sadly these titles usually aren't all they're cracked up to be. However, there's an exception to every rule, so why don't you click here to see why Eric Qualls calls Spider-Man 2 "The best superhero game ever made".
game: MI: Operation Surma
review | 04/02/04 | GF! Back Catalogue 10/2004 => 1995
Your mission, should you chose to accept it, is to endure frustrating gameplay, a nonsensical save scheme and below average graphics. Colin Yu, hero that he is, did accept this mission known as Mission: ImpossibleOperation Surma. And this is what he has to say about it.
game: Robin Hood: Defender of the Crown
review | 02/23/04 | GF! Back Catalogue 10/2004 => 1995
Robin Hood: Defender of the Crown offers a bit of nostalgia for all fans of Robin Hood, but unfortunately it doesn't offer anything more to warrant your hard earned dollars. Simple gameplay and a been-there-done-that feel plague our would-be hero from start to finish. Click here for the full review.
game: Batman: The Rise of Sin Tzu
review | 12/07/03 | GF! Back Catalogue 10/2004 => 1995
Batman: Rise of Sin Tzu is something of a milestone for fans of the super hero; it marks the first time a Batman character makes his debut in a videogame, as Ubi Soft gives fans some beat-em up action Batman style. But while the Dark Knight fares well against the villain Sin Tzu, he gets a serious beatdown from the arch-nemesis of all videogame comic heroes: The super-villain known as Monotonous Gameplay. game: Megaman Network Transmission
review | 07/20/03 | Eric Qualls
Capcom doses us again with the Mega Man goodness, and we wish we loved it more. Mega Man Network Transmission returns to its 2D roots to commemorate the 15th anniversary of our little blue hero, but a variety of things keep this from being our retro hit of the summer.
