Featuring nearly every ship from every series and many different famous battles from Trek history, this is definitely one for the die hard fans. Bethesda Softworks has a verified hit on their hands with Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. So the natural question we have for the company is, \"What\'s next?\" Not much is known so far about future Oblivion updates and expansions, although we expect to see some of that at E3, too. So far Bethesda has announced they will show off a new Pirates of the Caribbean title (to coincide with the movie) and two new Star Trek titles (one for PC/XB360 and the other for PSP/DS). Matt James rounds up the details we know so far, and we\'ve got some Trek screens.

Though we haven\'t seen much of the Star Trek franchise in the game industry since the release of Elite Force II a little while back, that doesn\'t mean that the series isn\'t still destined for further greatness. Bethesda Softworks, makers of Elder Scrolls and one of the most talented developers in the industry today, has purchased the right to make games based on the Star Trek franchise. They\'ve announced two games, including one title for the Xbox 360, and another for both the Nintendo DS and the PSP. Though they haven\'t announced anything, they\'ve also purchased the rights to create games for the PC based on the Star Trek IP.

The Evolvers: A well selected name for what could constitute an entirely new perspective on massively multiplayer gaming. For years there have been videogames that have attempted to mimic the look and feel of Hollywood: vampire slayers, star trekkers, bounty hunters slews of voice actors trying to mimic other people in the name of a good videogame. It's amazing how rarely they succeed. Similarly, there are times when storylines built with the controls of a console or played out on the screen of the PC are used to produce a feature film. Resident Evil. Final Fantasy.
