KOEI ANNOUNCES TITLE LINE-UP FOR TOKYO GAME SHOW 2005
KOEI Co., Ltd. to Showcase Next-Generation Games for PlayStation(r)3 and
Xbox(r)360

BURLINGAME, CA -- August 12, 2005 -- Recognized worldwide as the premier
brand of Action and Strategy games, KOEI today revealed its lineup of games
for next month\'s Tokyo Game Show in Japan. KOEI continues to lead the game
industry in next-generation development and is preparing two games for the
event: Ni-Oh, a samurai-themed action game for PlayStation(r)3, and Dynasty
Warriors(r)5 Special (working title), an enhanced edition of the Tactical
Action game for Xbox(r)360.

Today\'s announcement encompasses a broad range of offerings including
martial arts-themed action, a military third-person shooter, Massively
Multi-player Online games, and a sequel to one of KOEI\'s wildly popular
\"Neoromance\" series of games for girls. This is a partial listing of
products. The company is also planning to announce a full list of games on a
future date. Dates shown below are Japanese release dates. North American
release dates are pending.

The Tokyo Game Show 2005 will be held from Friday, Sept. 16 through Sunday,
Sept. 18 at the Nippon Convention Center in Makuhari Messe (Chiba
Prefecture, Mihama Ward, Japan). The event is open to the public. KOEI will
also play host to various game competitions and events at next month\'s show.
