Sony has borrowed another good idea and brings forth a quirky Japanese game that is obviously meant to target the Katamari crowd. Yet, the Katamari crowd is not one to be easily swayed by imitators. So how does Loco Roco fare? Rather well, arigato gozaimus. Funky, lovable graphics, super happy fun-time music, and quirky gameplay that\'s part Super Monkey Ball and part Super Mario Bros. combine to create one of the best games we\'ve ever played, especially on our PSPs.

Can\'t get enough of this sharp new game from Ubi Soft? Assassin\'s Creed is a hot item on many to-buy list, but since we have neither chirp nor howl from Ubi Soft regarding a release date, we\'re going to have to deal with this video instead.

Screenshots of Playstation 3 games continue to suggest that publishers are trying to take full advantage the PS3\'s power. Yesterday, publisher Koei released a bunch of new screenshots for Fatal Inertia, their futuristic hover racer that looks vaguely reminiscent of both F-Zero and the pod racing from Star Wars. Its gameplay emphasizes the use of physics as a tool to win races, but Fatal Inertia\'s graphics engine is evidently looking pretty good too. You can see that from the new screens.

Yet for all of its blemishes, Dead Rising is worth every eye-straining moment of frustratingly awesome zombie whacking. It\'s not for the faint of heart, in more ways than one. Nintendo has finally given us concrete pricing and release date details for the Nintendo Wii. The Wii will be available on November 19th, 2006 in a single bundle for $249.99. The bundle will include one white Wii console, one nunchuk and Wiimote, one sensor bar, cords, and a copy of Nintendo Wii Sports. The inclusion of the extra game is an unexpected surprise. Wii Sports was one of the most entertaining and natural feeling games shown at E3 2006. Tons of other information was released as well. Read the article for more details.

Only hours away from the start of the Penny-Arcade Exposition in Washington, Penny-Arcade has let slip a new project of theirs. The Penny-Arcade webcomic has partnered with Hothead Games to produce video games based on the characters of their popular online comic. The games are going to be designed for Windows, OSX, and Linux at first, with an aim to translate to the home console somewhere down the road. The games will be downloadable and episodic. Beyond that, the details have yet to arrive. Check out this report to read everything we know so far.

As if you didn\'t have enough reason to love this game. Here are 17 brand new hi-res screens of the Xbox 360 version of F.E.A.R. You\'ll see some nice particle effects, lighting effects, and others. Early builds showed that the game didn\'t have wall parts chunking out after being shot, but these screens show otherwise. Check \'em out!
