Click here to read this week\'s twoplayer comic.I\'m pretty tired of this rumor mill called the Internet. It keeps pumping out random information about the next generation consoles that may or may not be true with little or no supporting evidence, and often times contradictory reports. The Xbox MTV special on Thursday helped to confirm a few key rumors about the Xbox 360, but it also swept a whole pile of others into the trash (and others it didn\'t address at all). With the PS3 and the Revolution still under wraps for the next few days, it\'s almost the end of this wave of rumors; from here on out we\'ll at least have a little bit of reality to base our fantasies on.
This comic also represents the start of E3. The west coast crew and I will be on a plane sometime early tomorrow morning on our way to meet up with the east coast team somewhere in L.A. There, Shawn (our editor-in-chief) and I will dual it out to the end over which handheld system has more potential, probably using the PSP and the Nintendo DS as projectile weapons. The rest of the GamesFirst team will be responsible for writing about E3, and there\'s going to be a lot of good coverage , I\'m hoping our hotel has Internet access this year, or we\'ll be spending a great deal of time in the media room at the convention center.
Best Source for Next Gen Rumors, also kicks off our E3 comics; 1 black-and-white twoplayer comic a day for the rest of the week. I have to give thumbs up to Noah. We\'ve both been putting in hours here at GF! to get ready for the show, but the dude\'s been putting in 12-hour days for us. No kidding; the guys brilliant, I swear.
